Columbia Seligman Premium Technology Growth Fund, Inc. Holds Its 12th Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Columbia Seligman Premium Technology Growth Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: STK) today held its 12e Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Shareholders voted in favor of the recommendations of the Fund’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) on each of the two proposals at the Meeting.

More specifically, the shareholders elected two directors, MM. Douglas A. Hacker and Daniel J. Beckman, and re-elected two other directors, Mmes. Minor M. Shaw and Sandra L. Yeager to the board, each for a term expiring at the Fund’s 2025 annual meeting of shareholders. Shareholders also ratified the selection by the Board of Directors of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Fund’s registered independent accounting firm for 2022.
