The Board of Directors (Board) of Columbia Seligman Premium Technology Growth Fund, Inc. (the Fund) (NYSE: STK) announced today that the 12and The annual meeting of shareholders will be held on June 21, 2022 (the Meeting) in Minneapolis, MN. The close of business on April 12, 2022 has been fixed by the board of directors of the Fund as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting or any postponement or adjournment thereof. .
At the meeting, shareholders will be invited to elect two directors, MM. Douglas A. Hacker and Daniel J. Beckman, and to re-elect two other directors, Mmes. Minor M. Shaw and Sandra L. Yeager, to the Board of Directors, each to serve until the 2025 annual meeting of shareholders, and all until their successors are elected and qualified; to consider the ratification of the selection by the Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Fund’s registered independent public accounting firm for the 2022 financial year; and to consider any other business that may properly come before the Meeting or any postponement or adjournment thereof.
